What services do you offer?
As a locksmith and alarm service we cover a variety of door and window security solutions including lock repairs, security upgrades, alarms, access control systems, van locks, as well as fitting uPVC, composite and timber doors and door canopies.
Do you have a call out charge?
All of our prices are agreed with you upfront so there are no call out charges and nasty extras when we arrive. One simple, straightforward price and we agree exactly what you need before we arrive so that you are aware of all the options from the moment you call us.
Can you pick the lock without damaging my door?
Our aim is always to open your lock in the least destructive way possible. Highly trained and experts in our trade we are able to open most locks without any damage.
However unfortunately, there are times when this is not possible. Some locks require drilling or force. We will always talk to you and be upfront about this beforehand. Fully experienced in not only drilling but also picking locks we guarantee to always open your lock in the least destructive way possible.
Do you fix uPVC door locks?
Stronghold Doors and Locks can repair and install all uPVC door and window locks.
What kind of alarms can you provide?
We supply and fit Grade 2 fully wireless, self-monitoring alarm systems. Offering peace of mind and extra security to keep you and your property safe.
How do I know what type of locks to have fitted?
As an expert locksmith I can offer a personalised security check to talk you through your options and explain the differences so that you know exactly what I am suggesting and whether it is right for you. Your safety is my main concern so I take the time to get a system that works for you.
